Quality & Performance
The quality & performance of Black Max chainsaws is decent. (Not so great, but not terrible either!)
The body is mostly plastic, so it’s relatively lightweight and easy to maneuver. But to be frank, I’m not satisfied with the plastic quality.
Also, I’ve read some reviews on Walmart’s website that claim that the chain brakes in some models don’t work as expected.
And when it comes to performance, they’re decent. They’ll get the job done, but again, don’t expect too much!
Features & Extras
Black Max chainsaws come with “basic” features like –

Nothing extraordinary, but okay!
Warranty & Customer Service
Black Max offers a 3-year limited warranty for their chainsaws, which is pretty standard in the industry.
And you could also add up to 4 years of warranty by purchasing Walmart’s Protection Plan (which I don’t think would be necessary!).
As for customer service, it’s GOOD!
